Milestone 1.3.2

Bugfix Release for the 1.3 version

The release Candidate is available at sourceforge under http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=7274&package_id=7385&release_id=619304

Please help verify that the bugs are gone for you (especialy the timezone specific) and that no new ones have entered Rapla during bugfixing.

We would like to build the final release on 08/18/08. If someone needs more time for testing, please let us know.
