Wrap Text in Text-type Attribute [1907603]

For an attribute of type text, there doesnt appear to be an impact by
changing the expected rows and expected columns values and text does not
wrap in the control.

Could you either have an automatic wrap based on the size of the control or
use the expected rows/expected columns values to wrap and control the
amount of text that can be entered?
