When configuring who can access which resource, the permission levels
allows you to use : no access, read, work, work with conficts or admin.

Now I would like to give a user access (multi-user envirronment)to a
certain resource he might use (make bookings) but not delete bookings of
others (he needs to view them though)using the same resource.

So basically give somebody read and write access but exclude deletation of
other booking with the same resource (except his own bookings).
