save filters as bookmarks [1709513]

Hello,

We're setting up Rapla in our multi-site environment and we've got a fair
amount of rooms to manage.

There will be one responsible per site and he will probably use a filter to
manage only the relevant rooms.

Instead of defining the filter each time he starts Rapla, it would be
useful for him to save the filter once as a bookmark, and just select it
from a list.

Add a Saved View folder in the left tree so that when
selecting the view save menu, you get a similar box as
for html export to name that view : it could record
selected ressources, persons and filter configuration
so that in a single click, you can switch from one to
another, saving a lot of time/manipulation to compare
different aspects of planned events.
