Resource-Package support [968809]

It would be really nice if you could put different
resources into a resource-package which could then be
selected for an event. An example for a package would
be "Beamer + Canvas".

There could be several steps in the development of this feature :
1) minimal featureset :
* group creation / modification /,deletion (this would be accessible from a "groups" entry on the leftpane of the gui, maybe as a new entry point or as a subtree of the current "Resources" entry)
* group membership would be handled from the group management windows (leave the resources be managed are they are now), ie : click on a group, and add or remove member resources
* group browsing while doing bookings
* could be a feature reserved for users with database backend as it's probably easier to develop (just an idea...)

2) manage nested groups (if not so difficult, it would be worth having it from the beginning as it's one big win of group management)

3) some extras :
* manage group membership also from the resource's management window
* allow the booking of groups of resources
